There are so many different things going on today that could possibly cause many Americans to think the only way out would be suicide. We have to be aware of the signs so that we might be able to help a family member, co-worker, or neighbor. Whether it was a loss of a job, political agendas or the loss of a loved one we have to be willing to help those around us with their sadness or anger. Our children have so many things being forced on them these days. These are unprecedented times. We are dealing with so many things at once. Make sure your loved ones and your friends are making it through the rough times.
